Frank Manson Faxon Jr.
Frank M. Faxon Jr., 50 year Redlands, CA. resident and realtor, died December 28, 2022. He was born September 1, 1935 to Frank M. Faxon Sr. and Emilie J. Faxon in Kansas City, KS. When Frank was 7 his family moved to San Diego, CA. where he graduated from Point Loma High School. After receiving a BA degree from University of San Diego, he served in the U.S. Army. After the service he moved to Los Angeles and was employed by Texaco. It was in Los Angeles he met Kathy Nerheim and they married on June 6, 1964. In 1971 he was transferred to Texaco’s District Office in Colton, CA. as Assistant District Manager. Frank left Texaco in 1975 and embarked on a new career as a realtor. After more than 30 successful years in real estate he retired from Coldwell Banker Realty Center in 2007. Frank enjoyed horseback riding with his children and served with the Redlands Mounted Police for many years. He loved music, tennis and most of all, boating along the Newport Beach coast in his Boston Whaler. Frank is survived by his wife Kathy and daughter Emilie Faxon McVay, and son Frank Faxon and his spouse Michelle Faxon. He also has two grandchildren, Madison McVay of Fullerton, CA. and Jessica McVay of Fort Collins, CO.
