Jack Leon Neitlich

Jack Leon Neitlich was born in 1930, in the near-north side of Chicago to Lee and Hyman Neitlich and passed on January 28, 2023. He was a loving husband to his wife Aileen, and adoring father to his daughter Theresa and granddaughter Leeann. Jack was trained as an engineer and was a Korean War veteran, an aviator and an avid sailor. His professional training led him into a career in television broadcasting, where he worked for both NBC in Chicago and as a senior executive for ABC in Los Angles. His many professional achievements include an Emmy for Outstanding Personal Achievement in Sports Programming for the 1976 Montreal Olympic games. Jack’s quick wit and generous heart will be missed by his many friends, but he will be missed most by his wife Aileen, his daughter Theresa, granddaughter Leeann as well as David, Judy and Ken. Jack resided in Indio, CA at the time of his passing.
