John W. Rodriguez

John W. Rodriguez was born and lived in San Bernardino and Riverside areas all his life. A graduate of San Bernardino High School, Class of 1960. Military: United States Marine Corp. (1959-1962) U.S Marine Reserves (1962-1964) Member of Knights Of Columbus. Johnny was a Restaurant Owner in San Bernardino and an integral part in his families Tortilla business. His professional career spanned into car sales at various dealerships in San Bernardino (nick-named “El Vendedor Cantante”) he also spent years in radio air time sales and management (KDIF) which he retired from.Johnny was a proud member of the Mexican Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of San Bernardino as President and Board Member, Hispanos Unidos de Moreno Valley as President and Treasurer, Riverside Exchange Club and a member of the Mexican American Golf Association. His passion was spending time with his children, grand children and great-grandchildren, hosting poker games with friends, singing with Mariachi, traveling and playing golf. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Bertha Rodriguez, 6 children: John Rodriguez and wife Laura, Cynthia Mozley and Husband Lee, Christina Hill and husband Jim, Monica Munoz and husband Frank, Stephanie McGuire and husband Mark, and Ronald Rodriguez. He was blessed to have 18 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
