Paul N. Navarro
Paul passed away on November 22, 2022 at the age of 92 at Riverside Community Hospital. He was born on May 11, 1930 in Riverside, CA and had lived in the Highgrove area for 60 years. He served in the U.S. Army, Cpl. Army 224, 40th Infantry Division. He was awarded the Combat Infantryman Badge, Korean Service Medal with Bronze Service Star, and Army of Occupation Medal (Japan). He worked as a bus boy at Somerset House, cook at Mission Inn, AAMCO Pipe Co. and retired from Riverside General Hospital. He enjoyed bowling and was a volunteer at Norton Younglong Community Center. Paul is survived by his wife Rosalia Navarro; daughters Esther Navarro of Texas and Cynthia Kupfer of Riverside, CA; son Ramon Navarro of Riverside, CA; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son Jess Navarro; brothers Joe Navarro; Johnny Navarro; Rufus Navarro and Raymond Navarro; sisters Molly Palacious and Rosie Gomez.
