Ronald Sanfilippo Sr.
Age 87 years old, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2021 at his home in Moreno Valley, California. Ronald was born on August 29, 1934 in Wappingers Falls, NY to Peter Sanfilippo Sr. and Mary Sanfilippo. He was married to his wife Audrey Sanfilippo for 51 years before her passing in 2008. They were married in Poughkeepsie, NY on July 13, 1957. He retired from IBM after 30 years of employment, working at the Poughkeepsie, NY, Austin, Texas and Fishkill, NY plants. Ronald was a very proud Navy Veteran who served in the Korean War. He was very active with coaching sports to all his children as they grew up while himself enjoying participating in golf and bowling. He enjoyed partaking in all his grandchildren’s and great grandchildren’s school activities and sports. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents Peter Sanfilippo, Sr. and Mary Sanfilippo, brother Peter Sanfilippo Jr. and sisters Patty Miller and Bobbie Coco. He is survived by his children Ronald Sanfilippo, Jr., Randy Sanfilippo and Brooke Drew; son-in-law John Drew; daughters-in-law Jennine Sanfilippo and Cindy Sanfilippo; grandchildren Nichole Drew, Kellie Drew, Haylee Drew, Madison Sanfilippo, Jayna Washburn and Johnnie Porche; great grandchildren Jaiden Washburn, Tessa Porche, Aliyah Porche and Jordan Porche; and sisters Mary Johnson, Phyllis Campala and Doris Dominicis.
