Ruben Sanchez
Ruben Y. Sanchez was first born to Bonifacio N. Sanchez and Josephine Yepez Sanchez in La Verne, California on May 12, 1938. Our beloved brother passed away February 13, 2021 at age 82. He was a lifelong resident of La Verne. He attended Pomona Catholic High School then joined the US Army in 1962. He proudly served as a Paratrooper, 1st Abn, 187th Infantry. After his service he worked at Whittaker/Alcoa Corporation for 45 years. He was a parishioner at Holy Name of Mary Church. He is survived by 7 siblings and predeceased by his brother Benjamin Sanchez. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
