Night for Vets (“us”, “we”, or “our”) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing assistance to local homeless veterans. We operate the website http://nightforvets.com (the "Website"). These are the Terms and Conditions which govern you when making a donation to Night for Vets. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when donating to Night for Vets.
We will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated charitable objectives.
All payments through the Website are to be made by payment card. We also accept donations by check. Checks can be made payable to Night for Vets and sent to 5225 Canyon Crest Drive, Ste 71, #826, Riverside, CA 92507.
Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation your transaction will be processed after placing your oder. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorise Night for Vets to request funds from your credit or debit card provider.
Before we can process a donation you must provide us with (i) your name, address and email address; and (ii) details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation. We will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information.
All donations are final. Our Sponsorship Opportunities outlined on the Website are our way of thanking you and are available on-site at our events. All funds may be used at anytime to meet Night for Vets’ objective to provide assistance to local homeless veterans.
We reserve the right to amend these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions at any time.
These Donation Payment Terms and Conditions are governed and upheld by federal law.
