William Frogue Jr.
William A. Frogue, Jr. A.K.A. “Frog” 6/2/1944 – 11/18/2018 William lost his battle with cancer on November 18, 2018. He passed away to his heavenly home with his family by his side. William was born in Pasadena, California. After graduating from Arroyo High School in El Monte, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He married the love of his life Mary Rose Torretto. In 1972 he was hired by the Riverside Sheriff’s Department, he was on many task forces within the department.
In 1994 he retired from the Sheriff’s Department and was hired on by the District Attorney’s office as an Investigator. He retired in 2000 to spend time with his family and friends. William loved camping and fishing. He is survived by his wife of 53 years Mary; son William A. Frogue III; daughter Gina and son-in-law Josh Meehan; brother Chris Frogue; granddaughters Taylor, Joee, Mia, and many nieces and nephews. We would like to thank Kaiser Riverside Hospice for their care and compassion during this difficult time.
